Entire accommodation of 95m2 renovated with high-end and tailor-made materials, located in the marsh. you will be able to enjoy together around a pot au feu or a fondue, and in the evening enjoy the films available on Netflix on the big screen.
The built-in speaker in the living room allows the user, with the Sony music center application, to broadcast their own playlist.
You can choose the intensity of the light in certain rooms for a cozy or illuminated atmosphere.
Housing

This designer apartment is located in the center of Paris in the popular and trendy Marais district, close to all types of shops between the town hall and the Place de la République.
The accommodation can accommodate up to 8 people. It is made up of 2 bedrooms (3 double beds) a single bed and a sofa bed in the living room. 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. Note that one of the two bathrooms and toilets is adjacent to the bedroom. The washing machine can also do dry laundry.
The lounge has a bar where you can enjoy a good cocktail and music. The dining table is an old transformer pool table and is no longer functional for safety reasons.

Located in a condominium, Noise and party after 23h is not allowed.
